Problem
My team paired up with a junior engineer from an elementary school to build a robot of her choice. She requested that the robot was able to wave a "NO" sign and had feline characteristics to resemble an angry cat.
Solution
To create the waving motion, we glued the acrylic hand to the servo motor and configured the arduino to spin the rotary arm back and forth.
role
My role for this project was to design parts of the robot on SolidWorks to ensure proper functionality. I also laser cut parts that were made of acrylic and assembled the pieces together using epoxy glue.
